My old car was a lovely example low mileage very well looked after lots of history, I spent over 7 months looking for a decent T4 before I found this one had it for a year I changed the timing belt had no issues with it at all, only swapped as I move to a newer S40 T5.
Good luck with the sale Ross.. Its only a quick/cheap train journey... |

& I thought you'd got the better of the deal when I sold it to you, have to say (no offense intended) but you may have been better off putting nicer photos up as they really really don't do the car justice in the side on shot the car is dirty & it even looks like it may be rusty but it is spotless....
Have you consider removing the braces and selling them separately may be a way of getting a bit more money back If it wasn't for the fact I'm under the threat of redundancy I'd be bidding to have it as a 2nd car/weekend toy, Last edited by scoobysn7x; May 23rd, 2013 at 22:21. |

Dibs on the braces if you decide to go down that route

Never made the £950 reserve, only got to £720. Looks like people want a 2.0 petrol turbo like a hole in the head
Looks like I'll be keeping it

Re ur Gold V40
Hi,
I haven't been on here for years so apologise for jumping onto your thread but I wanted to comment. I spotted your car last week when I was thinking of buying another V40 , and looking for either a 2.0T or another T4 . 3 years ago I sold my Gold V40 T4 '52 plate and wish I hadn't .. it is on and off ebay justnow as well but unfortunately it's been abused and looks a mess , doesn't look as if it's ever been serviced and apparently the engine has a "camshaft sensor error" that "all these engines have that problem and runs fine " so imo beyond recovery . I don't mean to be rude by saying the pictures aren't good but it did put me off. The side picture is so far away and it does looks like rust down all the side sill. Is there any chance you could put some better pictures up? I may still interested but can't promise as I am after a standard car. Cheers, Steve
