I guess you've seen this before, but always worth another look (and listen!); the Scandix car on triple weber 45s. Rose in a year or two?

The red 164 in the picture belongs to a good friend of mine - here in Copenhagen. He has fooled arround with 164's for +20 years.
I once drove this beast to and through Sweden - it was F U N !

It's basically a 1973 - heavily modified and costumised - but within the frame that everything is true Volvo and it can be reversed without almost scars. Painted bumpers, leather from the 240, dashboard from 240 etc. etc.

It's for sale actually..

Intake manifold is from a Volvo Penta AQ 165. To install, use exhaust manifolds from the E-engine.

The penta engine on tripple carbs produced 175 bhp , i guess it was on the B30 E Camshaft ...
