I actually have the exact same problem but it's so very subtle that I just live with it.
The vibration is felt most at 51-53 mph. DMF and input shaft bearing are a little noisy but nothing serious yet. I have replaced both driveshafts, tie rods, major bushings (including subframe and some rear) and engine mounts recently with OEM and otherwise the car feels VERY solid. Wheels are in balance and no difference from going from one set of tires to another. I think disengaging clutch didn't make a change but have to try that tomorrow.
