Thanks. Prices here are out of this world. A GOOD PV sells for €16,500. an average one about €11.500 and one for resto about €5,000. Import is stupid. VAT on purchase price + import duty based on emissions. My62. 960 import duty would have been 13,000 for a car which cost me £700!

Well the eBay PV does LOOK very nice and would be cheap based on the prices you quote. As said, it's in Portugal and registered so no duties to consider.
