Default Installing a Power Steering Fluid Filter

I would like to install a magnefine inline filter on my power steering system.

Has anyone done this before, if so could you post a photo of where you installed the filter and how you secured it?

I found this guide on the internet but unfortunately they have the wrong photos on the guide:

Thought about it, scoped it out, decided it was a waste of time and just flushed my fluid instead.

I seem to recall one being fitted on the return line at the reservoir.
I flush from time to time and go fishing with a magnet in the reservoir.
I recall someone else attempting to hang a magnet from the cap.

The later type of reservoir has a non removable filter that blocks particles and make them return (fall) back to the steering rack. The older model of reservoir has not filter inside.

Thanks for the replies all.

I have already bought the filter so I might as well fit it.

@orangex I have the older style reservoir with no filter.
