1970 1800E wiper wiring
I have bought the Smart Screen wiper delay module and am studying the instructions. I need to identify which two of the three wires Red, Green, Black, that go from the standard switch to the motor are 1. the Continuous Supply and 2. Park switch.
I read a post by Derek where he suggested this conversion. Derek, did you fit one? Many thanks as always. Tim

SL;
IF you have Red/Grn/Blk wiring between Wiper Sw and Motor assembly, that means you have an electrically supplied Field Motor, confirm this with info and pix at link (opposed to a Perm Mag Field Mot), and you can use a "simple" Intermittent Wiper Control with one contact in accordance with the supplied wiring info, and this wiring diagram: Source: https://www.sw-em.com/Windshield%20Wiper%20Systems.htm If you have a Blu/Grn/Brn wiring between Sw and Mot, it means you have the later Perm Mag Mot and cannot use the simple type Int Wip Contr.
