1800E dashboard
Folks this is a long shot.
Does anybody know where to get a replacement for that thin black plastic trim that goes around the fake wood inserts in the lower dash. Nos 6 & 8 here. Thanks. |

I've bought hard to find trim from Woolies in the UK before...
...though it might be worth your while asking Swedish companies like VP Autoparts as well (as they are a bit more specialised in Volvo specific problems)

Guys thanks, that model shop stuff looks the biz, going to order some and I'll let you know.
I actually still have mine but for some reason they've shriveled and shrank, I'm wondering if whatever solvent has been used on the dash bits has done this. Thanks again. David. |

Solvents can make a mess of things - what did you use?
If you're interested in cleaning plastic parts may I recommend Aerospace303 as a good product?
