Default Air Stays On

Volvo C70 -

My Air Con is staying on full even when the unit is switched off.

On one occasion the Air Re-cuiculation and Off lights flashed ornage simultaneously.

The unit doesn't reset when I turn the engine on & off.

Any thoughts

Hiya,

the flashing lights usually indicate there's a fault code logged, worth a search to find how to read Electronic Climate Control (ECC) fault codes - or take it to a dealer or independent with that ability.

HTH, Pete

Clearly there is a fault as there are flashing lights.

Note that the AC will always be on when the air is directed to the screen.
