Are V50's built at Trolhattan/Gothenburg or the Nedcar plant in die Nederlands? or some other assembly plant?

the eleventh digit, which is a letter, on the vin number, denotes the factory the vehicle was built.

Ok thanks for that but............................................... ..........................
Where are the factories? Are they bolted together by a blond, burly viking or by a pale skinned, dark haired eastern european? (No racial bias should be read into the above statement, it is neither intended nor suggested) |

It is my understanding the the new S40 and V50 are built in a Volvo specific factory in Ghent, Belgium.
