V50 cambelt or chain?

Hi guys,
Need to pick some people brains, just wondering ,I am just about to go look at a v50 08 plate r design,and heard different things from different people,does anyone know if it has a cambelt or chain and when it need to be changed?

The only chain driven engines in these cars are the 1.8 petrol and 2.0 petrol engines. Everything else has a cambelt.

What engine does it have?

A 2 litre diesel

Cambelt on 2.0D is 10 year or 144k whichever is first

2.0 diesel has both.

Cambelt is connects crankshaft with one of the cam shafts etc.

Then there are 2 small sprockets and a chain connecting 2 cam shafts together.
