Default Air intake preheater hose

Sounds sophisticated but in reality it’s a piece of corrugated hose that goes from a cowl around the exhaust manifold to the air intake. It is switches by a wax thermostat. After a while the engine movement shears the pipe and it falls apart. Having tried many options I finally found a fix from CEF (City Electrical Factors) who supply corrugated ducting in 1 m lengths. It’s steel and unwinds so it needs tin snips to cut to length but does fit tightly on the 50mm dia ports.
