Interesting, looks good , where does the other end terminate and how did you secure it? What type of fitting did you use in the filler hole?

Why didn't you drill and tap the casing in the correct position(it's in the casting) for the overdrive version(M41)? Just leave the lower filler plug in as well.

Hello, the other end reach the level with the original mark for the overdrive and I re-used the filler plug on the top of it. the "L" parts I used is from 1/2 inch plumbing connector with one end male and the other end female.

Suppliers sometimes incorrectly think bearings that are sealed or shielded are preferable. Recently I ordered a replacement for the input shaft bearing 6207 ZNR (shielded one side) what was sent was 6207 NR (no shield) which I suspect may permit excessive oil to flow into the cover and cause leakage at the seal.
