Don't know to be honest.

As impressive as it is I don't see how it would be anything but frustrating to drive. I struggle getting the power down in my T4 sometimes so 500hp through the front wheels would be a joke the majority of the time - Put your foot down and you've got a cloud of smoke, 1mm of tread left and not much movement

the other thing we were hoping to do was a bigger intercooler, it was ment to get a test fit this time but it never happened. Once the brakes are sorted then i will be back at Shark for this.

some little things to do myself just now like the alloys, an anti roll bar for the rear, fit the forge re-circ bov and some cosmetic bits and bobs.

I dont think i will ever stop !!!
300bhp is easily acheivable in the T5... i am running 390bhp+ and 435lb (not nnm) of torque with my s40 t5... if you are going for an intercooler upgrade go for the garrett direct replacement.. & brakes change your standard discs to drilled & grooved. and put ferrodo or mintex pads in & you'll find these will stop you on a sixpence even with big big power...

People are dynoing at 310-315 on standard turbo with some RS parts on the Focus forum.

The magical RT 500bhp wasn't achieved often as it tended to blow up LOL and was only ever witnessed when on full race fuel..

Funny how his 2 favourite customers dont tend to post much about the excellent RT experience much these days..

You was almost believable until you mentioned drilled & grooved discs with ferrodo or mintex pads would stop you on a sixpence..

Default Bigger brakes for the small T5s.

AP make a big brake kit for these cars which you will find on my website here:

http://kalmar-union.com/parts/volvo-...c30c70-brakes/

As noted on my site with this AP kit you do need to fit a set of different 18" aftermarket wheels to do the job properly, that is to avoid using spacers or thicker bells to throw out standard 18" wheels to clear the callipers which would give unequal track, front to rear....unless you space out the back too.....

I also have stock of the IPD rear HD anti roll bars.

Regards, Don.

PS I have the original AP development kit on my own car.

Get the Forge BOV, IPD Boost controller, and replace your MAF and FPS (these go anyway) and it'll feel a lot stronger.
Curious what did you replace the MAF and FPS with ???
