Hi,

I've had the subject error code since purchasing the car. For the most part, since clearing the code it hasn't reappeared in Vida until yesterday. Between that time and yesterday (over a year) the car has been driven gently.

I put in injector cleaner yesterday and took it out to get it warmed up, put my foot down accelerating hard from around 40 to 70Mph. I didn't notice any problems, and car doesn't show me as a driver any faults; only vida shows it.

The injector readings, of which injectors #2 and #3 show, 0.4mg/cyc and -0.47mg/cyc respectively. The others are pretty close to 0.

The noticeable problems that I've had, hence the injector cleaner are;

A) Cold startup, about three seconds into running it hiccoughs once and is then fine. I changed the glow plugs and the problem went away.

B) Cold startup but outside temp also cold ~3 deg C, it spluttered into life, very lumpy for a good couple seconds.

C) Noticeable hesitation at 30Mph, 1800rpm.

Several months ago I replaced a rubber diaphragm type thing that's in a sensor connected to the vacuum pump. I was hearing a loudish ticking noise and a squeaking noise coming from the swirl flap arm. Both noises disappeared and I felt like the car was driving really well, pulling away with ease from stationary.

It had a full service at the beginning of the year and then another in September (my fault, I assumed they would just change the oil and filter). I've fitted a new Volvo battery as I was seeing numerous faults, since erased and not come back.

Has anyone else had any similar problems?

Turns out that a vacuum hose was not connected to anything. Connected back up and errors cleared. Will test if that fixes it, couldn't imagine that it wouldn't.
