Default 1995 940 Estate Auto turbo

1995 Volvo 940 turbo auto
B230FK
Mot end of Feb
Full leather
150k miles
All electrics (windows and sunroof) working
Towbar
recon turbo ~25k miles ago

Lots of dents, a few scabs of rust.
Drives well, but box could do with a flush as it's a bit sluggish at times and prop rumbles around 50mph but a good spare supplied. Used every day for 15 mile commute.

Asking £600, but open to sensible offers for a quick and hassle free sale
...or looking for a swap or px (cash my way) on smaller car. Preferably old enough to go on classic insurance. Just finishing my 240 turbo and don't need 2 large turbo estates..

I have a 55 plate Peugeot 206 sport 1.4 Petrol that I would swap. It’s been in the garage for nearly a year, as I’m not using it, so just about to get it a mot. So will have 12months. It’s a nice little car, had a new back box just before I stopped using it. 4 faily new mitchelin tyres. It’s done about 85000miles. Small ripple in rear arch, no real paint damage to the area. A slight surface rust spot the size of a penny on cill as you open the door to get in the car, like something has been dropped on it. But mostly good, interior is nice. 4 alloys. Starts and drives nicely.

Default Offers please!

Hi everyone

I'm open to offers on this, I know it's a bit scruffy, but it's a reliable beast and a nice place to be. Viewings/test drives welcome!

Thanks

Tony

It's one of these:

It is useful; I've carried a Honda C90 on it, but I'm keeping it!

While the car has some punch and fairly soft suspension, I've not managed to get the front wheels up...

Still for sale by the way, come and have a look/drive and make an offer, I won't be offended, but I might say no.

I love the fact or wears its medals of battle proudly and it still soldiers on. Great colour and interior combo. Nice honest estate, I'm sure will do the next owner proud.

Hi Tony

Do you know if your turbo bits will fit a '92 940 2.3 auto?

Thanks

Simon

Hi Simon

It's fairly complicated what can transfer between N/A and turbo cars. Unfortunately I sold this about 2 weeks ago

Thanks

Tony
