Default XC90 Charging paused

Hi

Got home last night, didnt put car on charge but tried this morning. Have connected cables but get a steady green light on car. VOC says charging paused. I have been out for a drive and tried again but same problem.

Podpoint shows ok, no errors.

If I try to start charging it stays at paused.

Anyone had this before, car is mostly empty of battery charge

Thanks

Just got this problem. Came out of work and hadnt charged on the work pod point. Plugged in at home now and VOC app is saying charging paused. If I try and restart it just keeps saying charging paused. Any ideas?

Had the same problem - they changed the charger.

We've had problems with our Podpoint home charger recently.
Was only charging at 3.5Kw instead of 7.
Purple light showing instead of green.
Contacted Podpoint by email about this.
They suggested switching it off and then on again.
Didn't seem to fix it.

However, problem now seems to be resolved - green light showing and 7Kw charge provided.
I suspect Podpoint fixed it remotely somehow.
