1998 v70 Estate 2.4 auto spares/repair

I've had this car for almost ten years and sadly it has now lost compression in two cylinders (still just about drives!). One of the electric window winders is broken. Otherwise this car is solid and reliable and I would repair it if I had the time but it has sat there 6 months and I haven't yet, so...
Only one advisory on last MoT to replace a rubber cover on the driveshaft (not done as engine troubles straight after).
Decent brand tyres with good tread all round inc. spare.
2.4 non-turbo, automatic, roof bars, alloys, sunroof, central locking, etc but most of all I'm going to miss the very comfy heated leather seats.
I'd be happy to get £300 for it, but can haggle if there's little interest
Hurry, as it's off to the scrappy next week if it hasn't gone yet as shopping for newer car and need the space - I'll have the seats out for furniture before I do that!!

Great news - Chap from Llandudno is sending a wagon for it today and he's putting it back on the road for his son!!
