Removing the sump plug and catch oil
Measure exact quentity removed.

Get a NEW sump plug washer.
Refit plug and new washer

Remove gearbox dip stick
Get a long flexible funnel

Measure exactly the new gearbox oil quantity
Refill.

wasn't an electric pump but a manual suction pump-as i said a bit laborious but not many fills to the bottle-surprising how much they suck up in one go.
