Default Alloy wheels

Hi Guys
I'm new to this forum . I have a 2008 V50 1.8 S with the standard alloys and would like to fit 7.5 inch Medusa alloys as fiited to the R Design. Will the current studs be long enough to accept the wider wheels?
Thanks

You will need to know the precise size of your existing wheels. Width as in 7.0 or 7.5 etc. Offset as in + or - 40 or 50 or 55 mms. etc, PCD as in 5 x 108 (that’s the number of securing bolts and the diameter of circle they form), and the diameter of the central hole in the wheel where it fits over the hub.
Then compare that with the wheels you are hoping to fit.
The wheel width and offset will determine whether the replacement wheels will foul bodywork or suspension and the central hole may be too large a diameter to be a snug fit.
I don’t think that the length of the wheel bolts is relevant, but I may be wrong.
