Anyone here changed the rear springs before?
Hi!
I want to do a little work to my rear springs on my C30 and wanted to ask, if anyone has changed them or removed and refitted them yet? Is it an easy job? I've looked at the Volvo instructions and it looks rather easy, but is it really? Thanks Damien

Hmm. Yu are still talking about the rear - I hope
That shouldn't be that awkward. The only "special tool" is a jack, but that isn't needed - so I guess that it should be "plug and play". I'll only be touching the rear - as a btw

Surely that could be done easier by just compressing the spring.

Volvo says not to compress the spring... The problem is probably not being able to the spring in the correct position to compress it.
