Default Anyone here changed the rear springs before?

Hi!

I want to do a little work to my rear springs on my C30 and wanted to ask, if anyone has changed them or removed and refitted them yet?

Is it an easy job? I've looked at the Volvo instructions and it looks rather easy, but is it really?

Thanks

Damien

Is that your S40? If so, why on earth did you undo the inside screw for? Volvo says to do the one towards the wheel...!?

But looks as simple as described by Volvo...

Set up on the C30 is the same

Thanks!

Hmm. Yu are still talking about the rear - I hope

That shouldn't be that awkward. The only "special tool" is a jack, but that isn't needed - so I guess that it should be "plug and play".

I'll only be touching the rear - as a btw

Surely that could be done easier by just compressing the spring.

Volvo says not to compress the spring... The problem is probably not being able to the spring in the correct position to compress it.
