Volvo S90/V90 T4 real MPG

Hello I have ordered S90 r desing with T4 engine on PCH. Normally I wouldn't go for petrol engine, but deal was too good to miss. 255pm 1+23. Now the question I would like to ask what is the real MPG for this engine. I don't believe the official figures 42mpg. Do you guys think 33-35mpg is possible on 50/50 town/motorway?

I would aim for 28-32. Then you could be pleasantly surprised.

For ICEs from any manufacturer,I generally take 10 MPG off any official quoted figures.

Try looking at https://www.honestjohn.co.uk/realmpg/volvo/, I'm sure there are other websites where you can check real driving MPG as well.
