Volvo spares. Great experience
Planned fonal mainrenance on my s60 d5 2003.
As waterpump has done 227k it deserves retiring. I decided to swap it all while in there. Best place i found was volvopartstrade on bay. About 65 quid cheaper then caffyns plus they let me pick a delivery day via guaranteed overnight. Did it over the phone with real helpful older guy who wasn as good as his words. Caffyns wouldnt help with delivry day saying it could be 2. 3. 3. 4 days. Great if at home all day! But still pricey. |

I found the opposite. Volvopartstrade have been more expensive than Caffyns on the things that I've been looking for, and less customer friendly too. On top of that, Volvopartstrade point blank refuse to post to Northern Ireland.

Check out http://www.partsforvolvosonline.com. They sell genuine volvo parts + aftermarket stuff at decent prices. I got a set of genuine volvo rear brake shoes + springs (for both sides!) for like £50

I've found volvopartstrade in Newcastle pretty good.
Parts always seem to be fairly competitive in comparison with other dealer ebay sellers. Had a few sets of discs and pads from them, mounts, turbo pipes and a new ignition barrel. I've found if its not in their ebay shop, its best to call them rather than email / message them. Always very friendly and can have stuff out to you the next day if you call early enough in the morning (although they don't guarantee it). |

I have to say that I have purchased rear discs, pads, brake fluid, axle bolts, shoes for the handbrake and gear box oil from cafyns Volvo via eBay and in every instance they have been so helpful and they are always cheaper than Volvopartsonline going by my experience. You also recieve a genuine Volvo headed invoice which I feel looks good when you come to sell. I cant recommend them enough...

It looks like the prices depend on the actual items?
£331.19 Caffyns (Delivery cost included) - Could be 2,3,4, days £256.00 VolvopartsTrade (Delivery cost included) - Named delivery day (over phone) and showed up correct day (thurs) £75.19 Saved - No brainer For the same stuff. For me this time the numbers were clear win, plus picking a delivery date was gold dust. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GENUINE-V...item3382fa4d61 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Genuine-V...sAAOSwhOVXekHZ All on the car yesterday, oil flush, new oil and filter too, running like new once more - 227k miles!
