Hi, car keys not working, even though changed batteries. My car is a v50 2009 model. Any help greatly appreciate

Please define 'not working'. Is it not unlocking the car, or does the remote unlock work, but the car won't start.

Also let us know which engine you have, there are known immobiliser issues on cars with 2.0 diesel engines.
