Default 2012 D5 Limp Mode Soot Filter Full after a Regen 2A00/2A30

Hi all. Only had this about a month. Covered around 1000 short journey miles. I know cars, i know DPF and Reg etc. and I know short journeys, but I don't know Volvo D5 currently has 126,000 miles on it.

In the history it's had a forced regen in the last couple years and a 2nd hand Pressure sensor fitted at the same time. The notes in the history suggests:
'if it happens again, new DPF required...' but I'm not convinced and I'll explain why. This report is from a Volvo Specialist Garage.

Soot Filter Full message appeared siddenly and went into Limp shortly after. So I took it for a 30 mile road trip @ 50mph. I have a TopDon eml dongle with Volvo software and I could see the soot level @ 7g........7g i thought was fine until a few mins later it then showed as 27g and the hpa shot up to 65553. Yes, that's 65 thousand hpa.....Anyway, I could see the soot level gradually drop to Zero over around 5 miles @50mph and I stopped the car cleared the codes and it ran fine. hpa at Idle was around 10 and under load went up to around 50hpa. Soot level slowly climbed but was well below 1g. 10 mins later then Limp again with Soot Filter Full, but the reading on the dongle was barely above 1gram since I'd just completed a Regen and the pressure was nominal. I got back home still in Limp and parked it on the drive. As soon as I turned the engine off the hpa shot up again to 65 thousand............

So, DPF knackered, or Sensor? I'm thinking sensor or split pipe or what? Thanks
