how much are steering wheels worth?

Hi. In need of advice. Im thinking of swapping my steering wheel for leather type.
Mine is a beige 3 spoke with all the buttons plus wood finnish on the wheel.
Does anyone know how much they go for to see if its worth doing? Any help appreciated

I am not going to comment on this one as He's only just up the A38 from me

but if it's because of the frost's & it's cold to touch where glove's
