Default Half the front defroster is blowing cold

Hi, I recently discovered a problem with my 2011 V60's front defroster, when turned on, only half of it (the passenger side), is blowing out warm air. The driver side takes much longer to defrost.

Research suggested that that could be be a heating element on each side of the wind screen, and the one on the driver side might be blown. Or it could be a HVAC blend door issue.

What do you guys think?
