Great Petrolicious Video featuring my 1964 1800
Aloha guys - I've gotten a lot of help and advice from this forum. So it was my pleasure to have my 1800 be featured in a great new video from petrolicous on YouTube. I really tried to make Volvo 1800 owners proud...

You did fine. The car is looking good too. Petrolicious does a good job with their videos. It's a channel I'm subscribed to.

Nice car, excellent video, they always make sure to get some nice engine notes on film without obtrusive music.
Not many roads, but really nice ones. |

Jeremy of Valkyr films said my 1800 had one of the nicest sounding exhaust notes he's heard in any of the cars he's filmed - which made me happy. He brings a Zoom hi def mic to get that great audio.

Hi John, just watched your video on Petroliscious, congratulations on the great work and article, looks fantastic. Liked it so much I've just posted a thread immediately after watching without noticing you've linked to it already, apologies for treading on your toes! Really liking the watches too, very nice set up you have over there.

John;
I too just saw the vid...you have indeed made us proud...your a super representative of the group...great sound...very nice production...great attitude...I'm glad and honored to help you keep her running...reminds me a bit of Irv Gordon's...(I could just imagine how many laps around the island it would take to reach 3mil!)...BTW...does the clock in the car work, and are you offering a P1800 clock repair service? Cheers from Connecticut! |
