Fantastic experience .... again !
Just bought our second Volvo from Ravenscroft.
Couple of hints before you go, if you do your price checks they are very competitive, which is why they tend to say no to any discounts, but as we found the first time they have a great selection. After wasting weeks getting messed about by a Volvo main dealer they managed to find the exact model we were looking for. Weekends is definitely not the time if you are thinking of test driving lots of cars as they are very busy, but Andy the Sales Manager was more than happy to let my wife test drive 3 models during the week. Altogether a great experience, very easy going guys, but they do stand by their priced . They gave us a great part exchange price for our old Volvo which we purchased 4 years ago. Thanks again to the Ravenscroft team. Quick update a week after buying our second Volvo from Ravenscroft my wife spotted a warning light come on (system service required). On contacting Ravenscroft for advice, Andy basically took over arranging for a local specialist closer to us than Ravenscroft to replace a sensor and also lend us a courtesy car, all of which was covered by the Autoguard warranty that the admin fee covered when we purchased the car. Great experience again, many thanks. |
