Default Radio Code...

If you haven't found the code yet, the easiest way to locate it is to telephone Hatfields Volvo Bury (Volvo Main Agent) - 0161 767 9500 - Manchester Road, Blackford Bridge, Bury BL9 9ST- tell them your reg number and they will give you the code for free...

Some Volvo dealers will give you the code for free, BUT they will ask for the reg papers with the all important VIN number on the engine firewall plate just above the turbo.

Try a portable radio until you get the papers sorted, as nobody should give the codes except Volvo due to radio theft considerations.

You will need the radio number IF it has been changed and a non standard one fitted. That is not uncommon, as OEM one does not have Blue teeth for hands free distracted crashing.
