Default Fuel filler flap replacement

While filling up my V70 I managed to knock the flap off. Dont ask!

The return spring has not been working for some time so I suppose this is an oppotunity to fix it.

I recall seeing a 'how to fix it' on the forum but can't find it. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction please?

Doh! Thankyou. Seems I'm not the first to walk into it.
