Is it an automatic? If so has the gear shifter boot (just the rubber and plastic knob that slidesonto the square shaft, not the entire assembly) been spoken for? Would it be possible to ship to the US?

I could do with the small rubber inserts from the bottom corners of the windscreen and the screws and clips that hold the under dash panel on drivers side

Temperature sensor under the air-intake manifold. Is it available? 19mm ratchet or closed spanner needed to remove.
