Default tappets/lifters and Cylinder head service

Car is at 225158 miles yay! I'm thinking of getting the cylinder head serviced and the tappets done at the same time as they are a bit noisy. Has anyone on the forum gone down this route with their D5/4/3 as maintenance, is this risky, gut says I'm keeping the car for the foreseeable future anyway, so good to get this done. Head says repair it when it breaks.

There are no adjustments for valve gear , Yes , fix it IF it breaks .. don't forget cambelt changes at the appropriate interval .
( 10 years or 108,000 miles ), which ever comes first ...

note AUX Belt MUST be changed at 54000 mile intervals ... if you don't want a wrecked engine
