Default breaking down driving me mad

Hi and HELP
got a V70 D5, 2006 with 60k miles on the clock, all well until 4 weeks agom boosting it out the M6 Toll booths and car lost power, went to limp mode, Urgent Servie Light on etc, after a few mins, re started and got back to the garage, they plugged and and diagnosed a faulyt MAF sensor]
All well for 6 weeks,
giving it some decent revs last week, engine dash lighst came on, Eugent Servive etc car slowed to a halt and stopped completely, wouldny start immediatelky, after various attempts, left it 10 mins it started on limp mode, dove abour 6 miles and broke down again, same again, 10 min delay, got started about 6/7 miles on limp mode stopped again, mananged to get to the garage after 5 breakdowns ,they plugged it in came up with various fault codes etc, they replaced the fuel filter, it had £50 of diesel in tank at this point, tested it, broke down again, changed a sensor, broke down again,
sent the injectors for test came back today, no fault found,
removed part fuse box and check all terminals for arcing, no fault
plugged in today and a list of the fault codes below,
Fuel Cache Low 2520, 2530, 25C0,2590 and 25A0
plus faulty signal 24E0 and swirl actuator control 1830

can anyone make any sense of this???? , causing real hassle, its a great car and dont want to lose interest and confidence to run it,
ps its a manual gear if thats makes any difference

You test the in tank fuel pump? Take off the fuel filter and turn on ignition to test.

If its a D5 early 2000 , start looking for a pump quickly ! they are not easy to find .But having seen it removed , its a very easy DIY job.

As I well know, the cost new was £260! It seemed a revised model tho, identical in tank pump but with an upgraded bosch electric motor.

As I say - it should take 15 mins to test. Not too sure about the 2005+ models with the plastic fuel filter housing but the principle is the same. With the reds on the in tank pump should buzz nicely and emmit a steady stream of fuel (into a bucket).

garage checked the swirl pot arm today, all in tact, tight and working fine, there checking if its the later tank set up being on 06, but still no joy,
any further suggestions gladly taken on board, all pointing to fuel starvation of some sort?
thanks
