On my May 2018 V90 (running it original software), the camera icon shows on the dashboard, but no audible warning is possible.

In France, there are no warnings at all, even the visual ones.

Can you enable warnings on google maps? Can't seem to find that setting on my phone.. or is this just a UK-market feature for now?..

Information about speed cameras on the navigation map is not available for all markets/areas.

Change setting for acoustic warning as follows:

1
Select Settings->My Car->IntelliSafe->Road Sign Information in the centre display's top view.

2
Select/deselect Road Sign Audio Warning to activate/switch off the acoustic warning.
Does this function exist on XC70s? Mines is a 65 plate.

Well that's it- you will only get a chime when you go over the speed limit- there is no audible warning for the speed cameras- you just get an additional popup icon on the display and it counts meters (300, 200, 100...) to the actual camera location.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong- but I think not.. AFAIK, this is just a SPA/CMA platform feature..

I thought in order to comply with French Traffic Laws that cars with built in Sat Nav had to auto/manually dis-enable anything to do with Speed Camera warnings, etc?
