Just means you need a new backlight bulb Eric, as described above in the main body of the thread.

I cheated with mine, bought an aftermaket one and made it fit.

Works for me, i need to improve the bracket that holds it but for now it's working and i don't plan on distruboing ti!

I slammed my glove box shut this morning and the bulb popped back into life. Lol.

Worth a try I reckon. 👍🏻

I put the auto into reverse and the shift light lit up! (once). Deferring a bulbathon until the weather warms up, but half the radio is in darkness, the temp gauge bulb is intermittent but brighter than the others when lit, a few knobs are unlit and the now the frost thingy needs a bulb. Looking forward to using a solder sucker (thanks for the tip, Dave, I'd never heard of it).
