Volvo 960 lowering with classic swede coilovers.

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask about this but at this point I'm running out of options.

I bought some coilovers for 960 from classicswede and now I'm trying to pass inspection problem is classicswede did not provide any sort of paperwork with the coilovers. I'm not talking about a TUV certificate but a general document stating that the coils are made for the car and can withstand the axelmass of the car.

Now I have been trying to contact classicswede trough email and phone for the past 3 months with no luck.

Has anyone else had problems with reaching classicswede regarding their products and how we're you able to contact him?

I have sent you an email from [email address redacted by mod team - but Dai has seen it!] with the invoice number and info about what needs to be on the document.

Hopefully you'll get to it now as i have 10 days to get the car inspected before i'm stranded.

This place seems to be the only way to contact you as you are still not answering my phone calls... I have both the front and rear coilovers and you only sent me the document for rear units. I need the same stuff for front units too including serial numbers for the parts.

Are the parts manufactured by you or another company? If they are made by another company can you give me their contact info so I can directly ask them for the documents as this seems to be leading nowhere.

As this place seems to be the only way of contacting you or getting you to read my reclamation emails i'm just going to post here.

I received a broken dampener from you and three weeks ago asked you about handling this. No reply's to my emails and a car sitting with broken suspension is kinda starting to get annoying.

Get this thing handled please!
