Auto window function not working

Hi Everyone, Having a little issue from the other side of the pond here. I just had the whole CAN software upgrade. 2004 xc90 2.5L, After I got it back I noticed the auto windows no longer work. Is there a way to program them or do I have to bring it back to the dealer? Also is there anything else I should look for that might not be working properly? Thanks, Paul
