  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

That's common with all Nissans. I couldn't drive my instructor's Micra, I was very thankful it was only a courtesy car, but annoyed he had it for 2 weeks as I spent 4 lessons basically stalling and speeding everywhere.

By the time I hired a Note 15 years later I was a better driver so could handle it.

Your DMF got that bad that quickly? I can hear mine at times and feel it through the pedal but it's not giving me any problems just yet. It won't last forever but it's got 125000 on it so I can't complain.

I'm not sure yet if I'd replace it, but its got me wondering what else I could find for the money.

We talking 600-700 all in to do a s40 clutch and flywheel???

Including insurance I paid £440. The repair for the Volvo will be more than that Alex! Although I did buy it on impulse, which is not in my character tbh!

Depends.

Seen a LUK flywheel at £250. Clutch kit, well I'd expect to pay no more than £100, and the labour on top. Price may vary ha!

Ah I see! thought it was broken lol! It makes for a nasty shunt when lifting off lol
