Default 740/940 towbar.

Hi all anyone near oxfordshire got a tow bar to fit a 740 or 940,needs to be the sort that the towball bolts onto a square plate as opposed to the s****neck type or removeable ones,I need to fit twin sway bars to it.Thanks Brian.

Hi I did see your towbar on quite a few occasions but haven't asked as it's just to far away for me.It would be at least 100 miles and a couple of hours,The driving isn't so much a problem just the cost of the petrol.I just had to do four hundred down to bournemouth and back a couple of times this weekend picking up my daughter.Money is tight so although your price is good I still won't be able to afford it.
Thanks anyway Brian.

Thats a pity, cos we could have met somewhere in between, as Bournemouth is only a couple of hours from here. That would have been free too.

There is no fetish with my towbar.

I could have driven to Bournemouth because it was a Bank Holiday weekend, anda trip out would have been most welcome.I cant say the same about a trip to Bridges when it is closed. There aint no sea there, you see.

Any way, with regards to me not wanting to sell it, Im not sure that you want to buy it either. On Friday someone made contact with me about the dog guard, and on Saturday morning there was a man on my doorstep at 9'oclock sharp to buy it.He had driven down from the Hampstead Court Palace area!!!

Done deal.It means I get closer to buying the airconditioning compressor I really need.
