I think you'll find you legally have to, and it makes selling or scrapping it (sacrilege) so much harder if there are no docs.

Not so sure that this will be restored I'm afraid.
The attached pictures will show how bad it is and the fact its had another car sat on its roof hasn't helped things!
The back end currently has 2 logs wedged in where the rear springs used to be just to keep it level enough to push around!
