Default C30 1.6D power loss

Hi guys, firstly thanks for taking the time to read -

Driving tonight my C30 was driving perfectly normal until I tried to accelerate and found no power through the gears, initially I assumed a failed turbo however after getting home and popping the bonnet the turbo can be heard whistling away nicely. The C30 can get upto 70 mph and has not cut out it’s just super sluggish, I cannot hear any excess noise which would suggest that there is no split hoses.

The car has done 117000 miles, I’ve had no issues with it before, I was just wondering if it could be an issue with fuel? But then I would assume that it would stall and run rough, which it doesn’t. Essentially it runs like normal just really slow!!!

I’m open to any suggestions

Thanks guys
