Default 2001 S60 Water in rear light trunk

Hi!
I`m new here, so I hope that you all respect me if I make some mistakes posting here.

The problem is that after every car wash, every rainy day I need to go to my car, open the trunk, open the sidre trunk (where I can get to rear light bulbs...) and down there I can see more or less water (depends how hard it was raining).
Does anyone had this problem ?
I dont really have a solution to this, but I want to ask - I can try to remove rear lights by unscrewing those 4? screws. Then put some kind of a rubber seal or put sealant around the light and then just put everything back together.

Maybe some have better solution ?
I also was thinking to drill a hole in both sides at the bottom of the light trunk, but this is not the best idea
