Arrived today

Car finally arrived at 4.30 pm today I am so pleased with it the car is so much better than I remembered on my test drive .The manual gearbox is a really is slick and is in a league of BMW standards

The ride is so smooth and the engine has lots of torque (D3) the sound system is the High Performance with DAB radio and really impressive

I will post some pictures in a few days but initial impressions are that its one of the best cars I have owned

Anyone worried about ordering the D3 have nothing to fear ,I am actually looking forward to my journey to Liverpool tomorrow

Just got back with it, ending a buying process that began on here in December! D5 SE Premium, with a few gadgetty extras.

Too early for proper impressions, Ive only gone 8-9 miles! V impressed with the voice recognition phone and satnav though.

I have have attached the pictures

Spec D3 SE in black sapphire with 18"Zephyrus wheels ,DAB radio ,beige wheel and gear knob (yes I know it will get dirty but didn't want brown upper dash,black wheel and sandstone thought too many colours ) tinted rear windows ,winter pack ,heated rear seats for wife and kids and front parking sensors

Been to Liverpool today (200 miles round trip ) and very impressed can't get over the smooth ride and wasn't expecting so much power from the 2 .0 D3 engine

The quantity is up with my two previous BMW's

I am now taking it for another spin

Nice I'm sure you'll enjoy it, it even makes sitting in traffic tolerable.

Originally I really didn't like those wheels but after seeing them on a few cars they really suit the car. Looking good but black's not my choice ;-) each to their own.
