Default newbie with a question

Hi guys

New to the volvo community
I just brought a volvo 440 1.8

The problem is that when the car is cold it starts up fine
But once the engine is warm if you leave it longer then about 5 mins, she won't start and has to be left for about an hour before it will start again any ideas what it could be? Thanks in advance

My best guesses would be either the stepper motor on the SPI unit, or something like the coolant temperature sensor.
