Default Cylinder head Torque??

Just doing the head gasket on the Barge and need the torque settings, also no motor factors list new head bolts, does this mean they can be reused? I dont like that idea as they look to be stretch bolts.
Engine is a B200FT 1992

They are of "stretchable" (waisted centre section) type and should only be used a maximum of five times, if no signs of stretching are apparent. If in doubt use new bolts. Dealers should be able to supply new head bolts.

Head bolts are done up in three stages. 1 - to 20Nm (15ftlbs), 2 - to 60Nm (45ftlbs), 3 - angle tighten by 90degrees in one movement. Bolts should be degreased thoroughly then oiled lightly before tightening is commenced. Likewise the bolt holes should be thoroughly clean and dry.

I assume that you know the tightening sequence. It is available in Haynes and Chilton manuals.

All the best, Peter.
