1323 map update

What is your experience of the 1323 map update OTA? Wife tells me it's downloaded and installed a couple of times now but looks like it rolls back to 1320 and the process starts again?

Recently had service and obligatory SW updates wonder if thats got anything to do with it!?

I have just installed it and the car goes in for service next week so will see if software updates cause any changes.

I tried an OTA update for UK/Iceland and it downloaded to 81% when I turned car off. It resumed at 57% then completed download and installation and said to leave car with ignition off to finalise installation, which I did. Next day it started downloading again! So I cancelled it

The OTA updates have worked for me.

My V90 doesn't like the whole-Europe USB updates (1311 and 1320 both caused the nav to fail to initialise, a reset to factory settings sorted it out) so I've had to do individual-region USB and OTA updates.

I did notice that when updating a region via USB, that seems to prevent it from checking if any other regions have OTA updates available. Once the latest USB update has gone in I'll see if a power-off-and-reboot lets it find OTAs again.

Exactly same happened to me, but with UK only update.

It then 'lost' the update during mid download, next few journeys no updates (reverted back to 1320) then Monday started 1323 update from scratch...... again!!!

Had to park mid-update so no idea what the current position is......

Thanks. Just been for a drive over to Guildford for some shopping. Downloaded and installed so should now be 1323 I'll report back if it rolls back to 1320 again. Sounds like there could be a bit on an install issue as it's not just me.

I can report that our MY2018 XC90 upgraded successfully to this map without any issues at first attempt. We used a 64GB USB stick for the 50+GB entire Europe map.

My car did an automatic over the air download with no issues or intervention from me other than turning engine off and locking the car to finalise.1323 installed

Same here, my OTA uploads and installations never fail, haven't used the USB for two years now since I started using the 3 network data sim cards which are excellent value from Amazon or mymemory.com.

Mine downloaded the update and installed to about 12%, next time I looked it was re downloading. It’s now got to about 55% so will see what happens.
