Default 2017 V90 Power seats

The V90 has been parked up a great deal during Covid, so I thought I would disconnect the battery, take it into the garage and stick it on trickle charge.
Yesterday, battery reconnected, I thought we would use the V90 to do some shopping.
The drivers seat has somehow defaulted to a position designed for one of Santa's dwarfs.
I readjusted, and set it to memory 1.
On returning to the car its back to dwarf mode. So I set it and this time used memory position 2.
It still reverts back to dwarf mode each time after locking and re-entering the car.
Help someone please, its driving me mad!

Try resetting your key profile once everything is set up as you want it.

Thanks.
That is something I havent tried.
Probably because I know nothing about key profile setting
Does this mean I will actually have to read the manual?

All sorted.

However I was forced to resort to the manual!

My only problem now is the one I started with. The need to charge the battery.
The stop start has decided not to work, so I thought a good charge would sort it.
It didnt.
The support battery is over 3 years old so it maybe past its best. I dont think they are that expensive, so I may shop around for a new one.

My car stood for most of the summer; total mileage since March has been less than 2,000 miles, most of those in September / October.
My stop start did not work at all when I started using the car again, but returned to normal after a few decent 40 or 50 mile runs.
Now that my driving has again reduced to a handful of short drives each week, it has become very intermittent.

The stop start has a big list of reasons as well as battery charge for it not to activate, cold ambient temperature and climates control are a couple of them, mine did not work earlier as it was only 1°c and climate control working hard.
Sorry to say that this list is also in the manual.
