Slipping from 3rd to 4th
Noticed this morning that my 200k km d5 was slipping when changing from 3rd to 4th gear but was fine in manual mode. I recently did a fluid flush (a week ago) and all was fine up to now, I actually found shifting better before this morning.
It only happened once or twice and the gearbox was warm (had driven 20 mins on B roads). Is there anything I might have done wrong during the flush or anything simple I can check before making a trip to the garage?

Did you check the fluid level precisely using Vida/Dice at 50C temp

no I have no vida but I think that was the issue. I added another .5 to .75L and it seems to have stopped.
