Default interior lights a bit bleugh

afternoon

as its the time of year when daylight is in minutes not hours the interior of the car is a bit dim

i imagine im just used to newer cars with brighter interiors but i do wonder if brighter bulbs are available and doesnt upset the car

saw these...

its a 2005 v70 d5 if that helps

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/223472775...mis&media=COPY

worth it or avoid like the plague and if so are brighter bulbs available?

thanks

No real answer for you yet as a Volvo newbie, but I do miss the permanent red centre console downlighting in my BMW 5 series....Will be watching this thread with interest.

to be quite honest the only area i do need being brighter is the boot, its a big arsed bit of oxygen that needs a bit to be a bit brighter

might see if something can be shoved into the ciggie light in the boot that i can turn on manually instead

dont fancy sparks and blown electrics tbh
