But be prepared for having a lighter wallet after the experiment, because you'll not settle with standard suspension after that.
Nah, will stick with what I've got thank you. Works excellently. Certainly not hopeless.

Maybe I'll go away on a few extra trips with the money saved. You can stay at home and lament on how good your vehicle tows whilst it's sat on the drive.

I don't know why you think you have any ideas about my financial status? Rest assured that I go where I want to go, when I need to. But I respect if your's doesn't allow you to come visit me, as I'm in Sweden. We did spend a vacation in Britain in 2016, by car, so I know the distance very well.
Besides, right now that virus has landed like a wet blanket on top of most travelling ideas.

And yes, in comparison, it's hopeless without Nivomat. You have just not understood that yet. But with my shorter flatbed trailer, I don't notice the difference. So it depends on what I tow.

You could be a millionaire for all I know but I wasn't commenting on your financial status...My comment has been lost in translation and offence wrongly taken....it was tongue in cheek dry humour and nothing more, ie the money saved on standard shocks against Nivomats could be used for an extra trip or two away....

I still don't accept your opinion that standard suspension is hopeless....but maybe that too is lost in translation. Perhaps I should translate your opinion as meaning you feel they standard shocks are inferior....I cannot say either way with regards Nivomat, I don't have them but my standard shock car is the most able tow car I've had and when our 1800kg caravan is attached it handles it magnificently.

I do actually intend to make a road trip to Sweden. It was supposed to be last year for my 50th birthday but Covid struck...I'll let you know when I'm on my way.

Do so. If you come by car, chances are good you are passing by where I live, since it's near the main route from the south up towards the north. Unless you go by boat directly to Gothenburg.
